New Study Shows Huge Need For Caregivers By 2026
Paraprofessional Healthcare Institute (PHI) released a new report based off of the Bureau Labor Statistics (BLS) which states the direct care workforce will grow more than any other occupation from 2016-2026.
The BLS believes there will be 7.8 million job openings needed to be filled for direct care workers. This growth is more than that of the registered nursing and fast food workers combined.
